This Fixed Term Agreement cannot be terminated during the fixed term period.  I understand that if I wish to be released from this fixed term contract I am still liable for full payment for the full term of this contract.  Only at the discretion of Vic Central property management I/we may be released from full payment at a lesser penalty up to 10 weeks of my/our current weekly rental amount.

Cancellation:

If cancellation of booking is made outside 21 days of intended arrival date, there will be an administration charge of one weeks rent.  Between 8-21 days the charge will be two weeks rent.  Within 7 days, No Refund!

I hereby apply for admission to reside at Vic Central.  I authorise that the above information may be used to carry out a credit check on me.  I agree to abide by the rules and regulations that govern this facility.  Any false information or failure to disclose information on this application form may result in immediate termination of my occupancy.
